To create a PayHero Agencies account: 1) Visit payheroagencies.com and click Register 2) Enter your email and create a strong password 3) Complete your profile with accurate information 4) Verify your email and phone 5) Submit your ID for verification. Registration takes less than 5 minutes!

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send a password reset link. Click the link in the email and create a new strong password. For security, make your password at least 8 characters with letters, numbers, and symbols.

What tasks are available to me?

Available tasks depend on your profile, location, and demographics. Common tasks include: surveys, video watching, social media tasks, chat jobs, and simple daily tasks. Visit the Tasks section of your dashboard to see all available opportunities. New tasks are added daily!

How long do withdrawals take?

M-Pesa and Airtel Money: Instant to 5 minutes. Bank transfers: 1-2 business days. Processing depends on your bank and payment provider. You'll receive a confirmation email when your withdrawal is processed.

Why am I asked for ID verification?
